Well, this is intuition topic can be easy, but since many people when getting in this part of their journey starts to through themselves wildly into post, books, videos about spiritual stuff, it may get overwhelming. And we don’t want that.
Today I will share what I’ve learned going withing and with my insights and experiences on how to be connected. Simple things. Tomorrow we will talk about a bit more over this, “What to do to listen to your intuition?” from others’ points of view or some of my that I don’t really realize it.
Repeat with me: I understand for now on that intuition speaks when it wants for my good and never for the bad of others.
Yep, you cannot manipulate it to serve you egoic needs. Sorry pal, but if you awake it, sometimes you will have no idea what was the point of that action. Learning that, you will be acting on a huge scale, that you may not understand at the moment, sometimes never!
Learn this too: Some exercises I will share here and you may ‘listen’ on another post, book… Won’t be a rational thing to understand. Our beautiful mind won’t find meaning in the action, and if you don’t jump into it, your body won’t, then your soul won’t have what it needs. If this is your first post, the soul can be too mistic for you, but what I want you to pick up here is that the mind you can not access in your conscious daily life, needs some information you can help it to achieve but you won’t find a rational meaning to that action.
Action one: Be in contact with pure innocent nature. This can be, a forest, a garden, a beach, a balcony in a sunbath moment, a pet, a child. Any place or things or beings you spend the time that maybe your mind judge “a waste of time”. Just be there, try to go with no thoughts. It can be 10 minutes watching the sun set. Try to find the silence in your mind and a feeling of “That’s it”. Remember, many moments are for your subconscious mind, not for you.
Meditate. It is the same step as the third to be honest because spiritual growth is a collection of simple things. It is the path, as I say. If you are a goal achiever and this made you troubled, nice to meet you, I was just like that. Yes, there are ways to slow down and understand the goal is to keep going forever, and ever and I can promise you, the first time you sit inside divine love, you will never look back or think about giving up! Just 10 minutes a day, observe your mind. Observe a sensation in your body while showering, watching the sunset, something you can stop and be there completely. Just observe with the curiosity of the first day on earth.
Accept. Losing your resistance to life it is a big step. A great and hard thing to do to kill your ego a bit more is through acceptance. When you know there is no dualistic world, that human-created those right and wrongs to make rules and patters that we actually not entitled to judge you will become calmer, more compassionate, more drawn to peace than against the war. And no, it is not the same thing. (Read about pendulum on the book Reality Transurfing or any post about egregore or collective thinking)
Correct yourself, never judge yourself. It is not the time to tell your mind to shut up, even though sometimes it can drive us crazy. Observe your thoughts about the subject, thank you mind the help but ask it to help you listen to the intuition. Teamwork here. As Eckhart Tolle says, don’t let your mind enter for the back door deceiving yourself. Observe it, don’t give power to it.
Be alone. Make no mobile Sunday. If on vacation, take a few days alone, in nature, or taking many hours for yourself. Read, bath, walk, pray, meditate, dance, laugh. Be your best friend.
Be creative, do something connect with creation. Art is a possibility. I like to fix things around me with nontraditional ways. The famous workaround, do something different in your environment. Just don’t burn the house down. Here it is the time to don’t accept. If someone told you your tv needs to be fixed in just this way, figure out a different way to put a tv in a wall. Maybe you always learned that is just one way to tie your shoes, (I have to know more examples, sorry), tie them differently. Out of the box, now!
Do it because you want to. You know when you want to watch a silly Youtube video but you need to work too, so you do the work otherwise you would feel bad about yourself. Take a Monday, a Thursday, any day you “should” do something else and let yourself go. This goes back in a harder way to step 3. Sometimes fun is all you must have. After those moments of complete allowing yourself to the nothing, to the ridiculous, maybe, the intuition comes as your best friend.
Listen to it. It may sound silly, but many people feel it, but just don’t act on it. So intuition understands it doesn’t worth work for this person. I can give you an easy example. But the time I was in college, one day I had this feeling of be at home. Since I had class, and I was the boding person that don’t miss classes I went to college that day. When I arrived I figured there was no class that day for some reason. I lost about an hour and half to dress up, go there come back take a shower and relax, sometimes more. In those small “I know, but I can do it, I must go because it was the right thing, it was what they taught me” moments my intuition started to get out of my life. When I jumped in, I always walked on the easier road. ALWAYS! No queues, no red lights, no wrong decisions.
I will live the books I almost always recommend that helped in my spiritual path, those I like the most to be honest.
