Challenge of Challenges | The New Trend Online That Will Change You

Challenges are the new trend, but how it can benefit you? You didn’t think about it? 10 challenges to start be your better version

Hello Again.

I was putting myself in a new challenge this month, and I thought about this new trend of challenges online.

Be able to accomplish something was always fun for me, yes fun. But I was never competitive with others. So, this type of challenge we see nowadays was my thing growing up. The capacity to prove yourself as better than your old self and keep evolving and keep achieving what you put your mind on was the drug that made me better.

And today I want to share a few things about my experience that may help you.

Those challenges are not silly, they may appear but any challenge, even the silliest one will make you think creatively at least.

Years ago, I remember choosing some food I loved and promised myself to stay a year without it, of course, it wasn’t something healthy. (It was some kind of Oreo biscuit). After that, I didn’t mind that snack anymore and it was so easy after I put my mind on it that I asked myself What more can I do?

A year without french fries, a summer without ice-cream… If you read some of my posts you may notice I had a problem with my weight and food. I used to eat chicken, potato, beans, and rice basically. So, those challenges made me look at food differently. At some point, I realized I could put some new flavors into my diet. I went to “my palate was made like this I can’t do anything” to have a completely different diet. Nowadays my diet is based on vegetables and I would not believe it if someone told me this 10 years ago. Me, eating my vegetable, b*. Many changes happened with this new consciousness. I started to care more about my part in this world, and here I am not telling you how to act. As I always say, each path is different, do you and try to be better than yesterday. And I am not saying it is easy or fast, I do this since I remember.

A few years ago I asked any higher intelligence or energy to help me improve and be more aware of my impact or power. I want to be better and act better in my life. Whatever that means. With all my growth, some challenges appeared like wake up before sunset. And I challenged myself to it. Or work out for 30 days at home in this pandemic, and I did it, I am doing it for the last 8 months. I never felt better in my body.

I lost myself and find myself many many times, but here are the thins. I am not competing with anyone, and I don’t have a time set to finish and deliver myself perfectly. This is not for my mind, not for me to feel better than others, not for me to create a new ego. Those challenges you see online and I recommend you to try it (since is not something you will put your life in danger). Those challenges are ways to you see your capability and help you be better, feel better.

Remember, you are a trinity. Challenge your body to be better, challenge your mind to be healthier, challenge your soul to be more connected. But, if I can give you any advice, Make it Fun!

Challenges I recommend:

  1. Stop eating for a year some food that has a lot of food or/and fat. French fries, chips, pizza, cookies… One thing you love, that you are used to eating.
  2. 30 days of and exercise. 100 Bridges a day, Bully Juice 30 days exercise, Chloe Ting 30 days challenge. Pick anything and do it for 30 days.
  3. Wake up at 4:30. Yep, I did it and I recommend it. But plan what to do for yourself. Read, meditate, exercise… It may sound obvious, but just to be sure, you will need to sleep earlier to do it.
  4. Finish a book in a period of time smaller than you ever did. If you never read a complete book, you have 30 days!
  5. 21 days of Law of Attraction, and I will be rude here. I don’t care if you believe it, do it for the sake of the good practices there are in it. Thank you. (I am kidding, but seriously, from love practices to meditation, this is a great challenge). https://anoteforabetterlife.wordpress.com/2020/04/21/21-days-law-of-attraction-challenge-in-process-do-it-with-me/
  6. Meditate 10 minutes twice a day. I will be sweet here. There is no problem if those minutes you feel bored since you stay 10 minutes observing your thoughts that will be a great start.
  7. Learn something in 30 days. A basic level of a new language, a new skill, you choose. Udemy, Skillshare, even Youtube can teach you something nice. I would recommend financial courses nowadays.
  8. Write. Journaling for 30 days can help you keep track of some aspect of you. You can take notes of what you grateful for or your dreams, or your thoughts when you wake up.
  9. Do something physical for 30 days or in 30 days that you think you wouldn’t. Exercise doesn’t count but can be a sport. So, it doesn’t need to be an exercise but can be something that will count as an extra exercise. Camp, 30 days of a cold shower, climb a mountain with a professional, learn to stand up paddleboarding. I didn’t know to ride a bike. Pick your challenge.
  10. Challenge yourself every month to start a new challenge.

I hope this helps you give the first step to enjoy yourself more.

Much Love,
